Bloq.it is Powering Locker Italia Open Network with Bloq.OS Software Suite

Locker Italia, launched recently by Poste Italiane and DHL eCommerce, is running Bloq.OS, the award-winning agnostic Software suite from Bloq.it. This open network will allow for any carrier to use their network, offering maximum convenience to shippers and recipients.

After the first locker deployment in Rome, Locker Italia is set on its way to have 10,000 lockers covering all of Italy. Pablo Ciano, DHL eCommerce CEO, states that "our aspiration with this customer-friendly network is to become the leading locker provider in the Italian market".

This partnership builds upon Bloq.it's successful collaboration with DHL eCommerce, which started in 2023 with the agreement for Bloq.OS to be integrated in thousands of existing lockers all across Europe. The project showcased the software’s scalability and reliability, quickly becoming the preferred solution for large smart locker networks.This collaboration with Locker Italia will help lay the foundations for a continued and ambitious plan for expansion into Italy.
